Did you know that all INK MEETS PAPER cards are made right at our studio in Greenville, South Carolina? From design to print to assembly, we handle the entire process in house with a careful attention to detail and craftsmanship. 

Ink is mixed according to the Pantone guide (which is like a giant recipe book of colors). Mixing ink is one of the hands-on aspects to the process that we absolutely love. From computer screen to ink palette, the color truly comes to life.

Team INK Fun Fact: Our inks are vegetable-oil based, and a little goes a long way when it comes to letterpress printing. We have cans of ink from when we first started printing back in 2008 that are still used today!

Each card is printed one card at a time and one color at a time. Our Heidelberg windmill is our go-to workhouse machine these days– she’s 3,000 pounds with spot-on registration!
